Integrated finishing

Resolving ceiling, wall, and floor junctions in one place

Ceilings, wooden wall coverings, and movable partitions meet floors, carpet, linoleum, and wallpaper at the same edges. When one trade manages those meeting points, the joins are set once and checked against each other.

Parquet and other wood floor coverings, carpets, linoleum, and wallpaper are installed under the same management structure, so every finish is sequenced against the surfaces around it.

Working method

A sequence built around substrate readiness

01

Evaluate the substrate

Check wall, ceiling, and floor bases for level, moisture, and fixing condition before any finish is ordered or laid.

02

Acclimate the materials

Allow parquet, wood coverings, and tile to settle in the room so that finished surfaces are not disturbed by later movement.

03

Lay in trade order

Install ceilings, partitions, and wall coverings first, then floor coverings, carpet, linoleum, and tiling, protecting completed work at each stage.

04

Inspect the finished surfaces

Review straight lines, clean joints, and transitions between planes before handover, so the completed interior is ready for use.
